For Mental Awareness Week, Doncaster Mind, your local mental health charity, is hosting a FREE gentle mindfulness Tai Chi session at Lakeside this Thursday.

Did you know that every year, 1 in 4 people experience mental health difficulties? Many people feel overwhelmed and hopeless and need support.
The good news is, studies have shown that practicing mindfulness can help manage some common mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and stress.
That's why Doncaster Mind, your local charity, is hosting a FREE gentle mindfulness Tai Chi session at Lakeside this Thursday. We invite you to come with your colleagues during lunchtime to relax your mind. It's going to be refreshing!
We will also have mental health & wellbeing information and advice available, so bring your lunch and let's get moving!
