Loss doesn’t have to be lovely . At our weekly grief cafes you’ll receive a warm welcome with others that know what it feels like to lose a love one .
We laugh , we cry we smile but most of all we share our experiences and talk about our person and how we are feeling.
We also have a monthly veteran and blue light grief group and a monthly wellness workshop
